下記の期限内までであれば、無料でご予約のキャンセル・日程変更ができます。

開催日の3日前の23:59まで（例：11/14の予約は11/11の23:59までにご連絡ください）

ご予約のキャンセル・日程変更をご希望される場合は、当サイトお問い合わせ窓口に「予約のキャンセル」「予約日程の変更」という件名でご連絡ください。

なお、期限を過ぎてのキャンセル・日程変更については100%の料金をいただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge if it is done within the following deadlines:

Please contact us by 23:59 three days before the event date (e.g., reservations for November 14rd should be made by 23:59 on November 11th).
